Online strategy and web design

TaoSquare worked with Apacor to rebrand its online offerings. We audited the UX and navigation of the site and reworked the UX so the segments of scientists and buyers, research visitors are able to access the resources most important to them.

We reworked resource section so scientists can access useful tools and information via a highly visible and structured design. Aesthetically, we  improved the experience by adding video links and delivered a full verbal and visual messaging system which is being used to further upgrade print materials and trade show collateral.

We also put in place secure back-end monitoring and google analytics and SEO to improve the site ranking. After three months, the site traffic in the USA has gone up by 1,000%. Feedback by customers is overwhelmingly positive with comments

Ongoing work is to take the B2B brand experience to a new level through branded product training videos and improved New section to be more relevant to channel partners and the medical diagnostics industry in global markets.
